Trading baled truckloads of all grades of Paper Stock
according to P. S. Standards and Practices. Basic
to the success of any buyer-seller relationship is an

NCB maintains due diligence to see that the seller makes a shipment of
properly packed paper stock that matches the same quality specifications and
time frame as the buyer.
Although shipments must be made suitable and acceptable, NCB makes a special
effort to see that transactions are completed as agreed and not in an arbitrary
manor.
